In October 2018, I took part in the British Council’s Future Leaders Connect Programme. I created this blog to capture some of my thinking on leadership and current global policy challenges, which emerged from the programme. I’ve kept it going as a place to reflect on leadership; the good, the bad, and the personal challenges I’m grappling with.
